Maintain all records and items stored for stocktaking and Coordination for Engineering expenses, control & plan. Handling and maintenance of material, equipment’s and Departmental SOP Engineering Store of Korangi Plant.
To maintain proper filling of all documents.
Check all receiving material as per specification mentioned in requisition and get approval before accepting.
Maintain all records and items stored for stocktaking.
Keep all regular stock items in appropriate manner.
Maintain stock levels of the regularly stocked spare parts adequate.
Make sure a desired spare part be retrieved within a short period of time.
Make sure all metallic spare parts are properly covered against any affect on environment condition.
Coordination with local purchase for timely receiving of goods according to the required specs.
Keep close recording/ follow-up, producing and filing of all financial matters i.e. P.O., Gate passes and store inventory.
Keep proper and up-to-date racking of store.
Ensure smooth running of engineering store, properly, timely serviced and maintained.
Maintain first-aid box in Engg. Store.
Is responsible for general housekeeping of storage area.
Keep all engineering store operations under controlled environment, meeting all Health, Safety, and Housekeeping Standards. Assure compliance with local and Abbott EHS, Engineering standards rules, policies, laws, and safe work place.
