- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
