Recruitment Tasks:
1. Write and post job descriptions
2. Work closely with all hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are me
3. Assess incoming resumes
4. Screen potential employees
5. Plan and schedule interviews
6. Prepare Employment Contracts
7. Handle the orientation and onboarding of new employees
Accounting and Bookkeeping Tasks
1. Create Customer Invoices
2. Bill Customer Invoices
3. Assistant to monthly end financial report
4. Other accounting duties
Requirements:
• Perfect English is a must
• Ability to communicate professionally via email and over the telephone
• Ability to work independently to accomplish set tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A positive, professional, and pleasant attitude/demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to handle confidential information in a tactful and professional manner
• Ability to follow instructions and direction
• Proactive and ability to work well independently and with minimal supervision
• Courteous and professional manner
• Administrative experience is an asset, but not necessarily in this specific industry (training is provided)
• Hands on experience using MS- office
Work Schedule
• Remote work for a North- American company (Eastern Time Zone)
• Shift timings will be from 6 PM onward
• Monday to Friday
• 8 Hour Shifts
