The International Service Logistics representative is a team player that promptly responds to customers’ requests for pricing and delivery times and proactively develops relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Must provide relevant product and service information.
Should be a problem-solve for the customer related to the product/service
Interacts with the customer by recording account information and maintaining customer records.
Build a relationship with the customer and acknowledge to resolve customer complaints that would lead to a good Quality assurance result.
Must be enthusiastic and maintain a positive professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
Bring up innovation for the betterment of the customer experience.
Must be familiar with the company’s services to respond to the customer accurately.
