Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and handling accounts receivable and payable. This role requires effective communication with international clients to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and financial documentation. The position is full-time and based onsite at F 291 S.I.T.E Area, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm. The salary offered is competitive and aligned with current market standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities regularly
- Follow up with international clients regarding payments, invoices, and related financial documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions and reporting
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily financial operations
- Support internal audits and financial reviews as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial coordination

Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting and finance
- Proven experience managing communication with international clients, preferably in finance or accounting contexts
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Strong skills in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
