About the Position:

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Financial team for a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will report to the CEO directly. He/She will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting and will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses, and overhead. If you are highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity and innovation in mind, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be working on :

Keeping account books and systems up to date
Maintain Proper Vouchers and their Files for record
Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Bank statement and proper supporting documents
Petty Cash Management
Review monthly revenue and expenses
Manage and report daily cash and prepare cash forecast, monitor collection activities, and working capital.
Compile monthly financial statements, monthly accounting schedules conduct financial analysis on monthly statements.

Requirements : Exciting Benefits we offer:

Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
Post-Secondary Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
