Donors Compliance and Internal Audit Review

- Support Compliance Manager in reviewing Program Data from donor perspective and ACF guidelines for closed grants / upcoming grants having audit

- Review all program documents, beneficiaries data and others related to NUT, FSL and WASH, HR, LOG etc and find out any deficiency to be address before audit

- Review project vouchers in hard or scan and compare it with financial data and highlight any inconsistency

- Review donor guidelines and ensure compliance is addressed at all levels

- Prepare internal transactions review and Analysis report

- Ensure proper filing and archiving of grants related documents (agreement, financial reports, etc)

- Ensure proper filing of grants vouchers (review hard documents, review archiving process with the Archivist, etc)

- Assist in Internal audit and review of documents

- Inform the Compliance Manager for any information which impact the grants audit
