Objective 1

Completion of HR files

Tasks & responsibilities

Complete files of all ACF staff
Verify that all the documents are present in each employee’s file
Audit all personnel files and prepare a sheet for missing documents

Objective 2

Scanning of HR files

Tasks & responsibilities

· Preparation of separate folders for each base

· Against each base, make separate folders for each employee

· Prepare folder inside each staff folder for each category ensuring that all the documents are of good quality scan.

· Converting all the files in PDF format.

Objective 3

Any other task assigned by the supervisor regarding HR

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP

Internal

· Under the guidance of – HRCo, Deputy HR Manager and HR Officer

· In coordination with – support departments

· With supervision of – N/A

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintaining and updating audit tracker
