Purpose of the role
The position is responsible for looking after HR operation for the SIDA VIII project and implementation of HR Activities under HR domain. The position will liaison with all relevant stakeholders within project, head of HR and coordination team in the capital office to ensure that HR related procedures are carried out as per the mission guidelines and local labor laws.
Individual accountabilities
1. Responsible for the personnel file management, record keeping in soft and hard form of HR related documents including but not limited to memos, NFRs, Timesheets, PAs, 10 minutes conversations etc.
2. Responsible for presenting documentation in the audits related to SIDA VIII project.
3. Responsible for keeping track of employee leaves, time sheets, PAs, Probation Evaluations, 10 minutes conversation.
4. Lead in HR operations/day to day matters
5. Circulation of grants allocation sheet among staff along with leaves balance status of each staff and pay slip
6. Responsible for sharing base level monthly HR statistics with Head of HR
