• Daily maintenance tasks related to system deployed on IIAP
• Create database users, set permissions, and restore the backup on the database
• Take backup of the database, schedule daily backup and daily maintenance plans for the backup
• Troubleshooting variety of technical and non-technical issues
• Provide Support to Database Performance related issues, Failed Jobs, disk space, Errors, Log used (%) in COTS
• Support of AODB (Airport Operational Database) and RMS (Resource Management System), by undertaking different roles when required by project and by the line management
• Troubleshoot performances related issues as they arise and escalate issues to higher level
