We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant/Deputy Manager (Marketing) to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Manage sales accounts, revenue generation, and collections across products and regions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Identify new parts and customers in the domestic market while analyzing emerging demands.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track trends and improvements.
Monitor recoveries, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with regional offices.
Interact with top management and CEOs of customer organizations.
Frequent business travel to Gujrat, Sialkot, Lahore, and other regions (travel expenses covered as per company policy).
Assist HOD in exploring export market opportunities.
Other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

Master’s in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
A bachelor’s in Engineering with solid sales experience may also apply.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel expertise is a must).
