We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients, markets, and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal client experiences.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and areas of opportunity or concern.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
