The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the overall success of the company’s human resources functions,
including but not limited to effective HR software utilization; recruitment/on-boarding, employee relations,
compensation and benefits, training, labor relations, and legal compliance.
Related responsibilities include:
• Development and implementation of plans and procedures that relate to company goals.
• Planning, organizing, and implementing activities and actions of HR department personnel.
• Responsibility for the development and recommendation of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities involve successful execution/oversight of the following tasks:
• Creating and revising job descriptions.
• Conducting competitive surveys.
• Developing, analyzing, and updating: evaluation program; policies and procedures; benefit assessment;administrative practices; on-boarding; and employee relations to achieve company goals.
• Creating and fostering a collaborative relationship with company leaders that effectively achieve company goals.• Ensuring compliance with the State employment laws.
• Promoting and implement coaching and training of the HR team and company leadership.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration, employee relations, with knowledge ofemployment law.
• Strong leadership, organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION, TRAINING:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Human Resources: 2-3 years
• Experience in Human Resources Management preferred
