About Job Role:

As an ETL test Lead, candidate will be responsible to ensure the accuracy of data that has been loaded from a source to the destination after business transformation at various middle stages.

Responsibilities:

Candidate should have a strong control and quality mindset and experience in, testing and analysis of big data projects to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
To analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and transform them into test scenarios and cases
To write and execute automated and manual test scripts for un/structured data.
To Use quantitative and analytical techniques to break the system
To assist developers and analysts in conceptualizing, validating, and prototyping solutions that meet business requirements
Should be able to draw insights from data to make quick, well informed decisions with available information
To monitor and analyze the transition of raw data into analyzable data files including data cleaning, and accuracy checking.
To validate, verify, and qualify data while preventing data loss

Requirements:

You must have a minimum of 3 year of experience in writing SQL Queries for ETL / DB testing
This position is based in Islamabad Office
Should have strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Should be able to perform quality checks, and analysis of output
Should be able to Review and reconcile data outputs
Must have a consultative mindset and be comfortable working individually or with a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record in working with business users to manage expectations and address issues
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
