The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytic, communication, technical skills and related work experience.

The candidate must have experience with hybrid mobile application design, and development utilizing agile methodologies. The candidate must be familiar with multi tier mobile solution architecture including security, cloud and on-premise service integration, and development platforms that support a hybrid mobile approach.

The person in this position will:

Develop and support mobile solutions across multiple initiatives.
Analyze impact of business and functional requirements. Plan, estimate, and implement software solutions as per business needs.
Design solutions and prepare technical specifications and documentation.
Foster and maintain good relationships with business customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
Lead development initiatives, ensure compliance with architectural standards, mentor less experienced developers, manage technical work of contract developers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training with non-related Bachelor degree.

Experience

4 + years of in-depth experience with object oriented business application design and development in a multi-tier environment.
Agile development practices and philosophies.
2+ year(s) of experience in mobile application design and development.
2+ years ASP.Net MVC application development

Skills

HTML5 including CSS and Javascript
C#, WCF, Restful Services, JSON
Experience in object oriented application development and design patterns
Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud Platform
Active Directory Federation Services, OAuth, OpenID, JWT
SSL, Encryption, Security best practices
Cordova/Phone Gap, JQuery Mobile or similar JS frameworks
Mobile platforms including Windows Phone, Android, iOS
MS SQL Server, T-SQL, LINQ, Entity Framework
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts as appropriate to the level of the audience.
Ability to work self-directed and as part of an agile focused team on projects of varying size; shows commitment to tasks, project, and to team
