Technical Services Engineer

Adpedia a US based company, is looking for an experienced Technical Services Engineer to support the Technical Services team of one of its clients based in the US. You will be extension of the US based Technical Services team enabling integration of Adara technology with its Consortium Partners platforms ADARA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the As a Technical Services Engineer, you will own the design, implementation and delivery of integration solutions enabling Adara receive data from Adara’s data providers with scale. In addition, you will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards to facilitate automation of repeatable work.

Responsibilities:

Be part of the discovery process with customers, consortium partners and data providers to understand the customer specific requirements and propose solutions for optimal data exchange.
Develop sample applications considering customer’s specific requirements to demonstrate how data can be exchanged between Adara and customer’s platforms.
Support customers and data providers during the implementation phase by providing guidance and consulting to customer technical resources to ensure successful solution delivery.
Design, implement, validate and deploy Adara’s data ingestion pipelines to enable scalable data exchange between Adara and its data providers.
Analyze the data sources and provide data analysis and insights regarding data integrity and quality to product and engineering teams for enhancements and optimizations.
Monitor and maintain the solutions to ensure inbound data integrity and quality.
Liaison with Adara’s partners’ technical and business teams to ensure proper implementations of integration solutions using Adara’s proprietary API or Web SDK solutions.
Run periodic data audits to identify data integrity issues and facilitate coordination with data partners to resolve data issues.
Design, implement and deliver Adara’s Consortium solution to customers and data partners.

Requirements:

Have 2-3+ years of experience writing and deploying production code, (Fresh graduates having BS Computer Science may also apply).
Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into a solution design and implementation.
Experience with using REST APIs to build solutions. Good understanding of JSON.
Proficient in Java, SQL, and Python.
Proficient in cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud technologies.
Strong communication skills.
You will be working US EST hours to support the US team.
