Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Review incoming resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

2. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates and schedule subsequent interviews as necessary.

3. Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.

4. Maintain comprehensive HR records, including compensation, health, and medical insurance information.

5. Handle insurance-related matters for employees and assist in addressing insurance issues.

6. Communicate and explain the organization’s HR policies to employees, ensuring their understanding and compliance.

7. Assist in preparing salary statements for employees.

8. Prepare and submit all necessary HR letters, documents, and certificate in consultation with management.

9. Manage the attendance system for the UK and Pakistan, and provide monthly reports.

10. Calculate and handle unpaid deductions, send text messages for latecomers, and maintain relevant records.

11. Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new employees' joining formalities.

12. Maintain and update the master database, including personal files and personal databases for all employees.

13. Ensure adherence to HR policies across all teams.

14. Manage and update the UK and Canada public holidays, as well as local holidays, including external client holiday management.

15. Update and maintain various Google Sheets, such as hiring sheets, employee details, and staff holiday records.

Requirements:

  1. BBA/MBA with specialization in HR from a reputable institute.
  2. Minimum 3 years proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
