We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Assist with HR administration tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
