We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales and Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific instruments, particularly for the Oil & Gas industry, and will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and providing technical expertise to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of scientific instruments used in Oil & Gas industries.
Familiarity with ASTM standards and their application in testing and analysis.
Expertise in Metallography, Analytical Instruments, QC Equipment, Oil & Fuel Testing Equipment, and Educational Institutes requirements.

2. Business Development:

Identify and acquire new clients for our scientific instrument products.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries.

3. Industry Knowledge:

Leverage experience in Oil & Gas, E&P, Pharma Companies, R&D Labs, Armed Forces, and Universities to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Adaptability and Reporting:

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Prepare and submit monthly reports as per the adaptive reporting system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, or related sciences).
Proven experience in sales and technical support for scientific instruments.
Strong understanding of ASTM standards and their applications.
Familiarity with Metallography, Analytical Instruments, and QC Equipment.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Pharma, R&D, or related industries is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, adaptive, and results-driven.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience working with Oil & Gas, E&P, Pharma Companies, R&D Labs, Armed Forces, or Universities.
Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
