HR Associate Duties & Responsibilities

 

This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:

  • Handle recruitment and selection cycle.
  • Maintain and update the resume data bank. Conduct initial interviews.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Conduct the On boarding process as per company code of conduct.
  • Processing of probation expiry forms and confirmation letters.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with the. Assist HR Manager in human resource planning and rationalization.
  • Coordinate with the concerned departments for vacant positions.
  • Make offers to the selected candidates and handle the documentation process as per SOPs.
  • Responsible for filling the position within the stipulated time.
  • Update all employees insurance and follow to insurance company for claim.
  • Respond to employee’s queries regarding the company policies, procedures, benefits and other HR related matters.
  • Take exit interviews of departing employees and ensure completion of their exit clearance form, onboard relevant department for recovery of the company assets.
  • Coordinate with the accounts finance department for clearance of the separated employees.
  • Maintain employees record with soft copy and hard copy
  • Trace the daily attendance of all employees and share with concern person.
  • Coordinate with payroll person regarding salary deduction or any kind of adjustment.
  • Coordinate daily basis with concern person in Gujrat and Lahore office and implement all HR relevant things.
  • At the time of any announcement always use official mail.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding their issues and solve them.
  • Hire right candidate at right time for right position.
  • Always give salary offer as per Grades and designation.
  • Draft all employees JDs sales and take sign from employee then put in file.
  • Fill all employees’ asset handover form.
  • Solve all employees’ issues regarding HR.
  • Set the range for all departments regarding recruitment.
  • Make and update company hierarchy.
  • Make all kind of letters as per need.
  • Always ready for new task from management.
  • Update and maintain HR record in formal way correct all things.
