  • Managing day to day sale activities– Keeping the activities streamlined.
  •  Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
  • Look for new sales opportunities and reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  •  Attend to customer inquiries in a professional and quick manner.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Influence the team with discipline, positivity and dedication.
  •  Work dedicatedly on all leads assigned and respond to leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Present, promote and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Proactively solicit and respond to feedback and input from client·
  • Follow-up on existing customer - offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule etc.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of transaction documentation.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need.
  • Evaluate real estate and other investment opportunities by preparing cash flow models and other financial analyses·
  •  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing·
  •  Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
  • Upload & manage listings on all property portals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit in the CRM / Salesforce on timely basis.
  • Confirm all corresponding paperwork are completed and input to software system accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis to the relevant department.
  • Follow the policies of the Company strictly (Specially Dress Code and Timing policies).
