Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic approach to bidding on Upwork and Fiverr to increase our chances of winning projects.
Research and identify potential projects that match our company's capabilities and target market.
Write compelling and tailored proposals in response to project invitations and job postings, highlighting our strengths and relevant experience.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present our solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and resources for proposals, including project scope, timeline, and budget.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform our bidding strategy.
Track and analyze the performance of our bids, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and freelancers on Upwork and Fiverr to enhance our reputation and expand our network.
Stay updated on platform policies, best practices, and changes to ensure compliance and optimize our bidding process.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on bidding activities, successes, and challenges.
