Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to bidding on Upwork and Fiverr to increase our chances of winning projects.
  • Research and identify potential projects that match our company's capabilities and target market.
  • Write compelling and tailored proposals in response to project invitations and job postings, highlighting our strengths and relevant experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present our solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and resources for proposals, including project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform our bidding strategy.
  • Track and analyze the performance of our bids, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and freelancers on Upwork and Fiverr to enhance our reputation and expand our network.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, best practices, and changes to ensure compliance and optimize our bidding process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on bidding activities, successes, and challenges.
