The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Managing Accounts and Tax Operations for Timely Payment to Vendors and Government Department.
  • Maintaining Transactions and Records in ERP.
  • Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
  • Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Analyze inter-company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
  • Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, and profit & loss statement.
  • Quarterly Advance Income Tax u/s 147 Calculation.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Dealing with banks and other institutions.
  • SECP registrations, filing, and related tasks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • ACCA preferred
