  •  Sourcing resumes through Job portals, other sources, headhunting, and references
  •  Screening profiles according to the job specifications
  •  Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
  •  Coordination/ Pre joining engagement with the candidates to successful onboarding.
  •  Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
  •  Ensuring training & certification is done as per norms
  •  Induction, Full and Final Settlement
  •  Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
  •  Excellent communication skills
