Following are the details of the job description:
- Must have strong communication skills in Urdu. - Candidates with previous Customer support or Call Center experience will be preferred.
- Be a strong liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- Follow communication “scripts” when coordinating with our clients.
- Identify customers' demands and requirements for the right Real-estate project and coordinate with them accordingly.
- Taking follow-ups from clients till they convert to become our clients.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call Center database and ensure feedback on all queries received is given daily.
