Active Engagement in Quality Assurance, strong partner in Quality Management to support Quality Functions with Contract Manufacturer’s
Participates in the recruitment and training of employees in cooperation with the Human Resources
Prepare and manage the quality charter between Derma Shine and contract manufacturers
Prepare and manage Annual Product Reviews, Consumer Complaints, Performance and Steering Meetings
Assist in quality risk assessment & on-boarding process at new contract manufacturers
Train CMs to ensure understanding of quality requirements
Assist in Performing Internal and external Audits
Work with contract manufacturers in improving performance
Initiate and follow up the corrective action process from customer complaints and action plans
Create purchase orders as needed ensuing to adhere to the approved budget
Create and implement quality procedures
Lead the approach of continuous improvement of quality: monitoring performance, analyze quality reports, monitor the change control management

Experience:

5+ Years experience in Industrial Quality, preferably within cosmetics and consumer goods industry
Knowledge of ISO Standards.
Knowledge of OTC Requirements and Health Requirements
SAP Experience
Strong Excel Skills
Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
Excellent communication skills
The ability to interpret data and statistics
Leadership and management skills
