We are looking for an aggressive team player with a good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market.

Must have the excellent American Accent
Should be organized to recruit candidates for various open positions.
Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD's/USC)
Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants
Coordinate until the consultant is on-boarded
Must be able to work independently
Good Communication (both verbal & written) & organization skills are mandatory.
