We are looking for a talented AI Automation Engineer to join Visionerds and contribute to the development of intelligent chatbots, voice agents, and automation workflows. In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and n8n to create scalable AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for integrating APIs, connecting customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient automation projects. Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy conversational AI agents using platforms like LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), GPT APIs, or Dialogflow. Develop intelligent voice bots utilizing technologies such as Twilio, ElevenLabs, or similar tools. Integrate AI agents with CRMs, databases, third-party APIs, and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Design and implement automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and comparable tools. Work extensively with external APIs, webhooks, and logic nodes to connect and automate various services. Create reusable modules and maintain thorough documentation to support scalability and knowledge sharing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. One to two years of professional experience in AI automation engineering. Strong expertise in AI agent and chatbot development using LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, or equivalent technologies. Experience with voice agent platforms such as Twilio, Whisper, ElevenLabs, or similar. Proficiency in automation tools including n8n, Make.com (Integromat), and Zapier. Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and workflow automation. Solid programming skills in JavaScript or Python to develop custom logic when necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
