Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issue
Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job specifications, employee handbook, forms, SOPs, and other HR-related documents
Sourcing candidates via online job advertisements, social media, databases, referrals, etc.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with the clients

Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers
Collaborate with clients on a regular basis for future business dealings
Maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure efficient onboarding process
Supervise and apply HR recruiting best practices
Mark employee attendance on a regular basis
Manage employee holiday and leave schedule
Deal with employee queries and concerns
Manage and update Payroll before payday
