Working on complete Recruitment Cycle with extensive knowledge on recruitment systems.
After analyzing the requirements as per client needs, posting the jobs on portals and sourcing the best talent.
Establishing communication with candidates and consultants for bridge interviews and on-boarding process.
Solid Understanding of Employment Type like W2, C2C and 1099.
Hands-on experience on working with all types of VISA (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, E3 etc.).
Processing with the further proceedings if the technical interview is through, like, negotiations, Candidate Approval, follow-ups.
Regularly remain in touch with the candidates and the Recruitment Manager regarding the updates and development.
Proficient with numerous recruitment tools Databases, and Job boards.
