•Manage the Transport facility of Manager & above cars, its periodic maintenance, servicing, etc. •Ensure all vehicles and equipment in the fleet are properly maintained, registered, licensed, tested. •Ensure Vans inspection and settlement of employee’s queries regarding pick & drop facility. •Visits the employee route and maintain the log sheet of all contract vehicles. •Prepare weekly pick and drop roaster and maintain as per the shift schedule. •Perform all fleet management activities like procurement, repairing, maintenance, servicing etc., according to priority and ensure that all these functions are carried out within the established rules and legal regulations with excises and taxation department •Discuss with departments the issues of vehicles that need to addressed and ensure timely resolution of relevant conflicts. •Prepare Contract/ Agreement with transport/ Rent-a-Car vendors.
•Ensure payment of taxes and other govt. levies before due date.
