Responsibilities:

Resolving applicants’ concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process
Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
UK based Experience/ Preferred
Maintaining online Google sheets
Organizing Documentation/ Screening and waiting for UK Candidates
Maintaining Data Base Digitally
Maintain UK base office Documentation
Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program
Develop and review company policies
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in HR, or a related field.
1–2 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role.
Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
