We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science or IT from a reputed university. This role involves managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Manage and update the company’s social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for different platforms.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to optimize strategies.
Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community engagement.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital content.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights.
Stay up to date with social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Education: Graduation, preferably in Computer Science/IT from a reputed university.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, paid advertising platforms, and content creation software.
Creative Mindset: Strong ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing social media performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges creatively and strategically.
