Job Description:
As a CSR & Sales Executives you will be responsible for: providing product information to customers to generate sales, managing after sales process like exchanges and returns etc.
You will be interacting with the team to increase product knowledge and share order updates.
We are looking for a team person rather than a lone wolf.
Note:
You will be working with other female team members.
Skills Required:
1. Fluent in conversational and written English.
2. Able to use technology like computers and apps like WhatsApp.
Degree:
We do not require any degrees as long as you have the required skills.
Experience:
We do not require any experience as long as you have the required skills but any experience in sales would be a plus point.
Salary Package:
Rs 35,000 to 45000.
