Manage Inbound Operations like Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence.
Perform business requirements and trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability.
Receive customer complaints and respond to them accordingly.
Cover Shifts as advised by Managers / Cover colleagues when needed by company. Help new customers in handling product / Handle Support on instant queries.
Able to give Front end resolution, Dealing with increasing number of mails on daily basis / manage resolution within defined timelines associated with a complaint category.
To coordinate and follow up on current issues with associated department.
To constantly look for innovative ways of improving the customer service staff performance and motivation.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through high quality service delivery by staff.
Develop a team work culture, aligned with the overall culture of the Customer Service and Organization. Update with Customer Service Policies and Procedures.
Technical Writing (Urdu) of AKSA Product Documents.
Reports extraction.
Warranty Management ( Nationwide / International)
Interdepartmental TAT management and ensure time delivery
