Job Purpose
This Position will help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, queries and information required accordingly.
Job Description/Job Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Responding to customer inquiries, requirements and information promptly.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests of customer accordingly.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
· Respond professionally in situations with difficult users’ issues or inquiries
· Strong attention to detail, Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out, so that you can answer questions.
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as per requirement SOP.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Able to handle user's patiently when hyper.
· Good communication skills in English and Urdu both.
Qualification and Skills
Requirements include:
· Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· Proven experience as Customer Care Representative.
· Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
· Proficient in English and Urdu (oral and written)
· Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good dressing and professional look and ethics.
· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Customer service orientation
