Key Responsibilities:
- Discover potential clients through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, messages, and other channels to spark interest.
- Assess leads to ensure they align with the company's services and goals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls to transition qualified leads to the sales team seamlessly.
- Work closely with the sales team to align activities with overall campaign strategies.
- Monitor and report performance metrics consistently.
- Uphold the company's professional image and maintain high interaction standards.
- Participate in online engagement to increase visibility and strengthen the brand community.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the car rental or related industry.
- Proficiency in cold outreach with daily lead generation targets.
- Strong skills in building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
