We are looking for an experienced resource who can manage customer engagement campaigns efficiently and effectively. He must have a sound grip on different marketing tools and techniques plus he will be expected to manage social media and search engine activities completely. The process will start from idea generation to implementation and post analysis of the campaigns both qualitatively and quantitatively. The resource must have the capability to think out of the box, since no campaign can become effective without a solid customer engaging idea. he must also be comfortable with Microsoft excel so that he can prepare analytical reports.
