Role Purpose:

To monitor, control & develop the processes and procedures of the quality control department in the branch to meet the requirements, in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company

Key Accountabilities

Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods to improve the standards of current procedures
Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error to determine levels of confidence
Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to make recommendations for potential improvements
Assist in preparing the Annual Budget of the department in the branch to meet the requirements as per the policies and procedures
Motivate the team to work collectively to achieve the targets assigned on a daily basis
Identify any issues in the current quality controlling processes to inform the Regional Head for his further actions

This job operates within standardized procedures, practices, work routines, and general work instructions. Supervision is general and is concerned with progress and results
Train all new QC technician in the company to make them able to do their work professionally
Mostly Office Work with frequent visits to site

Qualifications, Experience& Skills:

Bachelor’s
Civil/ Chemical Engineering
Concrete Certifications, Diploma in Quality Assurance/Control / ACI or equivalen
Supervisory role in quality control, assurance, construction
6 – 8 years In concrete Industry
