General knowledge of import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance.
Good Knowledge about Tender working.
Manage import including documentation, LCs, Bank Contracts.
To endorse the original L/C and maintain proper record of all the L/Cs.
Maintain accurate records of import activities, including shipment details, customs documentation, and compliance records.
Handle import documentation, including customs clearance, permits, and licenses, and ensure compliance with import regulations.
Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate the clearance of imported goods.
Prepare recovery reports and discuss with Management
Manage outstanding payments of dealers as per company policy.
Follow up all dealers/customers on regular basis.
Other related tasks as assigned.
