To make sure that all bank reconciliation are done by 5th of the following month.
To make budget from time to time.
Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
To create PSID for income tax return within 7th day of issuance of payment.
Working on financial reporting with senior manager/director finance.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secure financial information by completing database backups.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
To coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Communicate with Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise.
To maintain cash in hand and to arrange deposits of cash into bank.
To prepare cash and cheque payment vouchers and to make payment accordingly.
