Responsible to manage talent acquisition process including hiring, induction, orientation, and onboarding.
Keeps job description up to date depending upon the presents and future requirements of the company which will be authentically related to federal and local laws and regulations
Introduce and implement training programs that ensure all employees are aware of their core responsibilities as well as legal and safety requirements.
Strong command on building HR policies and strategies for the company’s work structure improvement.
Host in-house recruitment events
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
Develop compensation strategies depending upon the market analysis and pay services.
Responsible to maintain employee documentation, external and internal affairs documents in a well-structured manner.
Employment practices should implement within the organization related to state, federal and local regulations.
Well aware of the process that how to build a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
Responsible to maintain work ethics within the organization and promote safety practices as well.
Handle employee conflicts in a smooth way
Well aware of HR laws and regulations practices in the industry
Suggest the ideas of employee development programs to modify the work culture of the organization
Administer the work of support staff and specialist of their team
Consulting with department managers over important organizational issues.
Build a proper structure of performance evaluation of employees, they can apply for the benefits.
