You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.

2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

9. Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
