Summary

The Finance Manager / CFO will be a Key member in the Finance team. This role will Oversee the Finance operations, manage the annual budget, monthly forecasts, strategic financial plans, financial modeling, Treasury operations, analyze financial results and present analysis to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial statements, Management Accounts. Oversee timely Closing of Monthly books of accounts.
Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly reforecasts and annual financial and operational metrics statements and reports.
Maintain capital partner relationships and arrange for debt and equity financing.
Manage Finance & Treasury Operation-Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee Performance Bond, Bid Bond.
General Accounting, Accounts Receivable Management & Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Management & Control.
Develop Financial, inventory control Policies & procedures and Authority Matrix
Carry out monthly physical inventory count and compare the results with book records, variance communication along with the financial impact to the management.
Support Management in Costing and Pricing controls, implement/guide the Management in costing and pricing models.
Manage Customer and vendor relationships, weekly follow up on overdue customer accounts including monthly reconciliation of receivable with customers.
Ensure that GL and sub ledgers are matched and any variance between sub ledger and GL are identified and resolved.
Oversee the forecasting and preparation of the annual budget spreadsheet. Analyze and project all cost and revenue inputs including capital budget in the preparation of the long- and medium-term business plan. Record and track all budget decisions for use in the Comprehensive Budget Plan
Dealing with External Auditors for timely finalization of Financial Statement as per International Accounting Standards/IFRS and local laws.
IT/GST Filing, IFRS compliance and SEC compliance.
Statutory Compliance, Group & Company Policies, Internal Audit compliance.
Export / Import & Commercial Matters
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Ensure that company assets are protected and adequately insured against risks.
Give and bring new ideas that lead towards for company sales and financial status.
Hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting and finance staff. Develop succession plan for finance department.
