1. To make annual planning & goals of the Program.
2. To develop/ modify systems/ procedures for effective execution of Program.
3. To produce work plan and budget plan for effective monitoring & utilization of resources.
4. To ensure quality data collection and compilation of Orphans.
5. To ensure & monitor continuous development of orphans through central & regional teams.
6. To take timely reports from regions & sub ordinates, compile them and present to management.
7. To deal with day to day staff queries and provide them with best possible solution.
8. To ensure timely delivery of orphan’s educational & progress reports to the donors and other concerned stakeholders.
9. To ensure renewals of orphan’s sponsorships by the same donor every year.
10. To explore new methods and launch new campaigns for orphan’s sponsorships.
11. To make strong liaison with regional & other offices.
12. To ensure updated record of orphans.
13. To monitor & report the activities of funds distribution to orphans.
14. To ensure smooth functioning/ up-gradation and use of ERP system.
