Key responsibilities

Liaising with potential clients and answer their queries.
Follow up the customers who have visited the showroom and generate potential sales
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Monitor customer preferences to mature the sales
Resolve customer’s complaints reading sales and service
Accurate recording sales and quote information.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Providing weekly reports to Directors on business to date.
