Branch Manager must have prior experience in the "Retail" field, primarily Apparel and Footwear. The Job will mainly focus on the over all Operations/Accounting/Finance/Management of the store.
Some major responsibilities includes:
-Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
-Achieving the defined branch’s targets and goals
-Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
-Servicing the needs of your existing customers
-Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
-Training of sales staff in order to make overall teams’ performance best
-Personally observe the performance of sales team in the field on a regular basis
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures
-Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts himself and meet their high level of satisfaction
-Collecting customer feedback and market research
