ProAdvisor Bookkeeping & Tax Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry-level bookkeeper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  2. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for review by senior staff.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and provide support as needed.
  6. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Prior internship or work experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
