Alphard Solutions is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help take the company to the next level.

Primary responsibilities:

Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory to achieve new business revenue growth.
Oversees negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
Generates new business leads for all service lines and partner throughout sales cycle.
Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.

Qualifications:

2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales environment, preferably in marketing and digital development services
Proven success in managing all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity
