Alsom Global LLC seeks Customer Sales Representatives with strong communication skills, adept at sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and managing dispatch operations using dispatch management software. Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Source carriers by engaging with them directly.
- Make outbound calls and onboard carriers.
- Add loads into the dispatch management software and assign them to trucks.
- Manage truck drivers' schedules and routes.
- Submit invoices and maintain records.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Hardworking & Punctual.
- Fluent USA English.
- Excellent Communication (Oral and Verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel).
- Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.
Skills: Client Handling, English Fluency, Lead Generation, Cold Calling.
